I’m Catherine Pearson, Goodmakers Society founder.

I’m an experienced creative problem-solver, change specialist and facilitator.  

I guide start-ups, organisations and leaders through transformational journeys. My passion lies in empowering others to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing social and economic landscape. I work with value-oriented (often Christian faith-based) organisations. I have the skills to ensure a seamless transition from inception to business as usual.
